This package includes:
- 2 hours of consultation (used as needed - for initial assessment and intake, implementation of program, discussing concerns or feedback along the way; additional consultations/discussions (longer than 10 minutes) will be invoiced additionally on a proportional basis
- 1 year long access to the SSP music on a specialised app on your phone
- Ongoing text communication (less than 10 minutes) as part of my regular check-ins regarding progress or concerns
- A wide range of free resources to help you on your journey

This package includes:
- As many hours as needed for initial assessment and intake, implementation of the program, and all further sessions to deliver the program until completion = each of these sessions invoiced additionally
- A wide range of free resources to help you on your journey
- Ongoing text communication (less than 10 minutes) regarding progress and concerns between sessions
Some extra information regarding the delivery of the SSP program:
The program is available to you for a full year from your start date, for you to progress at your own pace.
I offer this extended access because everyone incorporates the intervention differently:
- Fast-paced: Some clients move through the intensive portions in just a few weeks and find that it provides the support they need.

Comprehensive: Others benefit from exploring the less intensive parts of the program as well, which naturally takes a bit longer to complete.

Gradual (Titrated): For those who need a gentler approach, the intensive sections can be broken down into "bite-sized" portions. Having a full year allows you to process the material slowly and comfortably without feeling rushed.
Invoicing and payment:
Clients will receive an invoice for services. Please ensure prompt payment. Bank details for payment will be provided on the invoice.
Cancellation policy:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please advise me as soon as possible regarding any changes to your confirmed sessions. I will offer the same to you, as I realise your time is also valuable.
48-hour Cancellation Rule:
If a session is missed or if a client cancels within 48 hours of a scheduled time slot, the client will be invoiced for 50% of the normal session fee. This helps cover the administrative costs and the reserved time.
